Chef Sarah's catering is flexible and can be tailored to your wishes. When booking your event at our venue, all service items are included. An example of a buffet menu for events like rehearsal dinners, corporate parties, and private events is shown below:

The Patio Buffet

Choice of one salad:

  • Antipasto Pasta Salad with marinated Vegetables
  • Garden Salad with tomato, cucumber and croutons with choice of dressing

Choice of two meats:

  • Smoked Brisket (add a dollar per person)
  • Smoked Cajun Brined Turkey Breast
