B&B Bungalows and Party House Information & Policies
Each glamping bungalow sleeps two persons in a double(full),queen or king size bed.
No extra persons may sleep without prior approval. No smoking inside tents.
Party house (Cottage) sleeps 6 on regular beds, One Queen, One Full, One bunkbed. Also included in the house are a trundle bed, a cot, a blow up queen bed, a sectional couch and two recliners one attached to the sectional. Girlfriend getaways, do well in the house as a slumber party style sleeping arrangement.
Check In and Check Out:
Check in time is 2:30 on weekends and 4:00 on weekdays. Check out is 11:00 am.
Cancellations:
Because of our small size, a last minute cancellation affects us significantly. In order to cancel a reservation, please call SVE prior to one week before your scheduled stay. Last minute cancellations, regardless of the reason, could result in a charge to your credit card, which is required with your reservation. The credit card information will be kept on file for two days after your stay in case of damage.
What is provided?
Included in your stay are the following amenities:
Cozy 12X14 or 14X 16 tent on a deck with a full, queen or king bed, dresser with mirror, lamps, rug, extra bedding, bistro table/chairs, porch chairs, fans, heater, electric blanket (in season), coffee service, drinking water, deck of cards, towels, toilet facilities.
Campfire or fireplace to share, wood for puchase, matches and paper.

As a service to our guests, you may purchase the following:
Meat and Cheese Tray ($15) Wine Tasting ($ 7 each)
Wines (about 60 on the list ranging in price)
Campfire Package ($13.50 each) - Includes a Foil Dinner (foil pouch includes hamburger patty, potatoes, onions and carrots seasoned.) And S'mores ingredients. Must be ordered ahead. You grill yourself!
Breakfast in the Tasting room ($12.50 order upon arrival)
Beers (craft and domestic, we have cold, but there's special pricing for warm so bring a cooler to chill it yourself!)
What You May Want to Bring:
Camera, cooler with ice, food, soft drinks/bottled water, games, clothing, overnight necessities, bug spray.
What you May NOT Bring:
Alcohol, firearms, fireworks, ilicit drugs or any illegal substance, pets, children under 21.
*Alcohol Policy:
SVE holds a class C liquor license from the State of Nebraska. Liquor license regulations prohibit any OUTSIDE alcohol anywhere on the premises. (This means alcohol you bring in yourself, not alcohol consumed outside! :) If it is discovered that this has occurred, all alcohol will be confiscated and your party will not be allowed back. We reserve the right to inspect coolers. SINCE WE COULD LOSE OUR LIQUOR LICENSE, IT IS WITHIN OUR RIGHTS TO CHARGE A FINE TO ANYONE DISREGARDING THIS POLICY. (EVEN AFTER CHECK OUT)
Nearest Town:
Nehawka is located 2.5 miles to the east, and has gas, a bar, post office, and a bank. Directions are to go 2mi. south to hwy. 34 and east to the Nehawka sign. Weeping Water is about 6 miles to the west. There you will find groceries, ice, batteries, gas stations, coffee house, post office, lots of churches,etc. Directions are to go to Hwy 34, turn right (west) and go until you see the signs to turn right for Weeping Water. Ask Barb for church times.
Weddings and Special events at SVE:
At check-in, you will be informed if there are any private events going on at the tasting room, hall, or immediate space. Please be aware that the party holding the private event has rented the space, and respect their privacy.
What to Do in an Emergency:
If you find you need something from the SVE staff, please call (402) 267-5267 prior to 10 pm if possible. In a weather emergency, call the SVE number to be let into the tasting room for shelter. If the weather radio predicts extreme weather, we will call your phone number on file to alert you.
